Amazon WorkSpaces Help

The Amazon WorkSpaces application is easy to set up and use. Once you have installed the application on your iPad, you can quickly get started with your WorkSpace. First, enter a registration code provided by your IT Admin, and then sign-in with your credentials. If needed, your IT Admin will also provide you with instructions for setting up your credentials.

Here are a few simple tips for using your WorkSpace once you are signed in.
  1. Radial Menu: Use a swipe of the thumb from the left or right edge of the screen to invoke the radial menu. From the radial menu, you can quickly find the keyboard, switch mouse modes, and disconnect from your session.
  2. Left Click: Use your index finger to tap on the screen and create a left click action.
  3. Right Click: Use two fingers to tap the screen and create a right click action.
  4. Keyboard: Use two fingers and tap the screen twice to retrieve the keyboard.
  5. Keyboard Shortcuts: Scroll the top row of keys on the keyboard left and right to discover additional shortcuts and function keys. You can use these for common actions such as copy, cut, paste, select all, etc.
